We want you to shop with confidence and worry less. Our Refund & Buyer Protection ensures that your purchases are covered in the event that you encounter a problem. We work hard to ensure you will receive your item on time and as described.

 

Buyer Protection / Refund Guarantee

If you didn't receive your product or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to refund your payment.

We believe that home decor shopping should be fun! If an item isn't a perfect match, you can claim refund within 10 days of delivery date. A refund will be issued at the original selling price. You can choose between a refund in store-credit or a refund to your original payment method.

**A refund takes from 5 to 10 business days to be credited back to your account.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. For refunds, please send an email to info@minimalome.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return. You can also contact us through the Contact Us page to initiate a refund. 

 

    Return Policy 

    What is our return policy? Instead of returning your items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability. Every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture and we'll send you back the amount in-full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.  

    

    Terms & Conditions

    Your purchase is protected if:

    • The item was purchased on our website.
    • The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page.
    • Your item is returned to due to customs duties (customs clearance/taxes are not included)

    Exchange Damaged / Wrong Items

    We apologize for any unexpected events with your order. If the damaged item is glass or ceramic, please contact us for more assistance as we would like to review our inventory before an exchange order is placed. You can send us an email to info@minimalome.com with your order details / number and a picture of the damage to be able to better assist you. 

    Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! we are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed the mark on.

     

    Placing Exchange / Replacement Requests

    Please follow these instructions for Exchange / Replacement Request:

    1. Take a photo of the problem.
    2. Send an email with the subject line “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Replacement Request” to info@minimalome.com.
    3. Please include the following:
    - The photo(s)
    - A specific description of the issue
    - The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue

     

    Refund / Exchange Process

    Our support team will respond to your request within 48 hours and 'Refund Instructions' to your items will be provided.

    All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered (if available in inventor) or you will be issued a store-credit voucher. The replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc, or provided the incorrect shipping address.

    We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, changes won’t be possible, and a refund cannot be granted.

    Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge. We also provide full refunds in instances of defective or damaged goods.

     

    Late or missing refunds 

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

    Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur. For a faster refund, your return label and return slip should correspond with the items in your package. Please process and mail multiple returns individually.

    A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Gift Card purchases will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.
