Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

We provide two different shipping methods for you to choose from:

15-20 business days for Free Shipping*

10-12 business days for Express Shipping*


*Bear in mind that we have at least 24-48 hours of processing time before the order is shipped. Processing time is the time between when your order is placed and when the order is shipped. 

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

** Important Note ** Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving. In addition, due to COVID-19, shipping times may be extended.


In all cases, rest assured that your order is our priority. We will be doing everything possible to expedite your shipment to arrive on time.


Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us on our website or by email (info@minimalome.com) and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.



Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to USA only. However, we are working hard on expanding our destinations. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay up-to-date if we arrive at your town.


Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


Refund & Buyer Protection 

If you didn't receive your product or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to refund your payment.

We believe that home decor shopping should be fun! If an item isn't a perfect match, you can claim refund within 10 days of delivery date. A refund will be issued at the original selling price. You can choose between a refund in store-credit or a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. For refunds, please send an email to info@minimalome.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return. You can also contact us through the Contact Us page to initiate a refund.
