What are the shipping costs?

We provide you with two different shipping methods to choose from:

15-20 business days - for US$10 only

10-12 business days - for Express Shipping*

*Bear in mind that we have at least 24-48 hours of processing time before the order is shipped. Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the business. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Express items in our store will arrive in 10 to12 business days. Due to high demand, some items may arrive in 15 to 20 business days for in stock items. The shipping times are noted on each product page.

However, delays in shipping and delivery with our third party partners can happen for various reasons and are out of our control. We will notify you when your order has been sent and provide you with a tracking number to check it's status


What are the countries you ship to?

All our products are available for shipping within the United States of America. We are currently working hard on making our products available to several other countries.

I made a mistake and I need to cancel my order, can I do that?


Absolutely. All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours from the time of order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.


Once you place your order you have 12 hours to cancel it. After this time period, the item is charged in full and you won't be able to cancel it free-of-charge. Please refer to our 'Return Refund & Buyer Protection Policy' for additional details. 


I made an order and forgot to apply the discount code.

Don't worry, it's not too late! You can still use the discount code, as long as the code is still valid. The amount off will be refunded to you in the form of a gift voucher which you can use anytime at our shop.

However, we are unable to apply discounts to transactions made outside of the promoted sale time frame or the discount-code has expired.


**Important note** You are unable to combine multiple discount codes on the same order. Discount and sale codes are only applicable for one discount per order. 


Where are your products manufactured?

We source our products from over 30 suppliers around the world that manufacture in the USA, Canada, Mexico, China, Vietnam, India, Belgium and more. If you would like to know the origin of a particular product, you can reach out to us or email us on info@minimalome.com


The product name on the box I received doesn't match what I ordered?

We use over 30 different suppliers and often times product names would get repeated between them. To avoid confusion, we rebranded most products on our site to names unique to us. Some packaging may arrive with the supplier's product name on the box instead of ours.


If you have any questions or want to double check, we are always here to help. 


I received a damaged item, what should I do?


We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective.


However, instead of returning your items, you can contact us for a full refund. We consider that every return has a carbon footprint. Therefor, you could just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture and we'll send you back the amount in-full.


Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it

Were your operations affected by COVID-19?

As in the rest of the world, we were affected by COVID-19. At this time, the majority of our product suppliers that were impacted by shutdowns have resumed shipping. Delays may be still be possible due to shipping back-logs. Many of our top suppliers never closed and the majority are shipping on schedule.

All in stock store products are shipping on schedule with possible 5-7 days processing time due to high volume influxes.



What is your return policy?

Instead of returning your items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability. Every return has a carbon footprint.


So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture and we'll send you back the amount in-full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
