SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES 

We provide you with two different shipping methods to choose from:

15-20 business days - for Standard Shipping*

10-12 business days - for Express Shipping*

*Bear in mind that we have at least 24-48 hours of processing time before the order is shipped. Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the business. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

** Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving. In addition, due to COVID-19 shipping times may be extended.

In all cases, rest assured that your order is our priority and we'll be working hard on having it delivered to you as soon as possible.

 

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at​ info@minimalome.com.
Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted as we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed. We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but we are unable to guarantee this due to several parties involved in our supply chain. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production. 

  

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us ASAP by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

Minimalome will not be held responsible for lost items if an incorrect shipping address was provided.

 

PACKAGES DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING WHILE IN TRANSIT

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge, send you a full refund or issue a credit-voucher for you. The choice is yours!

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

 

BUYER PROTECTION / REFUND GUARANTEE

If you didn't receive your product or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to refund your payment.

We believe that home decor shopping should be fun! If an item isn't a perfect match, you can claim refund within 10 days of delivery date. A refund will be issued at the original selling price. You can choose between a refund in store-credit or a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. For refunds, please send an email to info@minimalome.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return. You can also contact us through the Contact Us page to initiate a refund. 

 

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS 

  • The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
  • Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
